Angel Wings of Jocelyn

Angel Wings of Jocelyn is in the process of becoming a 501c3 non-profit organization. It was setup in loving memory of Jocelyn Foster-Yakaski to continue her joy and mission of providing basic needs and holiday gifts to children living with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and mental illnesses.
